Aneta commenced Heras Family Lawyers in 2016 with a view to providing legal services to clients from the perspective that legal problems and emotional struggles are not mutually exclusive. 

  • Aneta is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of NSW and High Court of Australia.
  • She is an experienced family lawyer with a Masters in Laws majoring in family law.
  • In 2005, she received a stipend to conduct PhD psychology research into electrical brain activity underlying inhibitory control and impulsivity.
  • A member of the National Pro Bono Target committed to advancing positive social change.

Aneta understands that the uncertainty of what lies ahead, coupled with a poor understanding of the legal system can lead to high levels of stress and anxiety. This in turn leads to poor decision making in your legal matter. Aneta’s focus is in supporting you to make well-informed legal decisions.
